Ο κ. Σάββας Σιαπάνης γεννήθηκε το 1981 στη Λευκωσία. Μεγάλωσε σε μια οικογένεια που αγαπούσε τα σκυλιά και απολάμβανε πάντα την παρέα πολλών διαφορετικών φυλών. Είχε το πρώτο του Λαμπραντόρ πριν καν μπορέσει να περπατήσει, και μετά από αυτό η οικογένεια συνέχισε να μεγαλώνει με Μπόξερ και Γερμανικούς Μολοσσούς.Τα τελευταία χρόνια είναι εκτροφέας Αμερικανικών Τεριέ Staffordshire με την επωνυμια “Cedar Valley”.
Τα σκυλιά του έχουν σημειώσει επιτυχίες σε πολλές εκθέσεις, κατακτώντας εξαιρετικές διακρίσεις τόσο στην Κύπρο, στο εξωτερικό όσο και σε World Dog Shows. Στα εκτροφικά του σχέδια προσπαθεί πάντα για τα καλύτερα αποτελέσματα έχοντας ως προτεραιότητα την υγεία των σκύλων και το πρότυπο της ράτσας. Τα σκυλιά από τις εκτροφές του έχουν κερδίσει τις διακρίσεις Junior World Winner και Puppy World Winner. Είναι ενεργό μέλος του Κυπριακού Κυνολογικού Ομίλου και Πρώτος Πρόεδρος του Αμερικανικού Ομίλου Staffordshire Terrier στην Κύπρο, θέση που διατηρεί μέχρι σήμερα. Αφού πέρασε τις τελικές εξετάσεις κρίσης, έγινε επίσημος κριτής της FCI, ξεκινώντας την καριέρα του με τις φυλές της Ομάδας 3 και συνεχίζοντας με άλλες ομάδες. Έχει κρίνει σε πολλές χώρες σε όλη την Ευρώπη σε Εθνικές και Διεθνείς Εκθέσεις Σκύλων. Είναι ειδικός κριτής Staffordshire και έχει κρίνει σε Pannonia Terrier Specialty στη Σερβία, Mastaff Club Specialty στην Ουγγαρία, Bulliada Specialty Show στην Πολωνία, Indija Amstaff Specialty, Amstaff Club Specialties στη Ρωσία, Ουκρανία και σε πολλές άλλες εκδηλωσεις και διεθνείς εκθέσεις όλα όλο τον κόσμο.

Savvas Shiapanis was born in 1981 in Nicosia.
As he grew up in a dog loving family, during his
life he has always been enjoying the company and friendship of many dogs of
different breeds. He had his first Labrador before even being able to walk, and
after that the family continued growing with Boxers and Great Danes.
For the last couple of years he is a breeder of American
Staffordshire Terriers under the affix name “Cedar Valley”.
His dogs are of high quality and have been
successful in numerous dog shows, conquering excellent placements both in
Cyprus, abroad and in World Dog Shows. In his breeding plans he tries to
produce the best possible results having as priority the health of the dogs and
the standard of the breed. Dogs from his breedings have won Junior World Winner
and Puppy World Winner placements.
His is an active member of the Cyprus kennel Club,
and the First President of the American Staffordshire Terrier Club in Cyprus, a
position that he holds up to today.
After passing the final judging exams, he became
an official FCI Judge, starting his career with Group 3 breeds and continuing
with other Groups. He has judged in many Countries across Europe in both
National and International Dog Shows.
He is an American Staffordshire Specialist Judge
and he has judged in Pannonia Terrier Specialty in Serbia, Mastaff Club
Specialty in Hungary, Bulliada Specialty Show in Poland, Indija Amstaff
Specialty, Amstaff Club Specialties in Russia, Ukraine and in many other
specialties and international Shows all over the World.
Languages spoken fluently are English and Greek.
